Welcome to the Grand Summit HOA

We represent more than 600 property owners who collectively own and operate the Grand Summit Resort Hotel in the heart of the Canyons resort village in Park City, Utah.

The Grand Summit provides ski-in/out access to 4000 acres of skiable terrain. There is no better location on the mountain for creating exceptional memories with friends and family.
Impeccable service and gracious style await each arrival at the Grand Summit. A variety of lodging options are available including hotel rooms, deluxe studios, one, two, and three bedroom suites and expansive luxury penthouses.

Our heated pool is the place to relax after your outdoor adventures. Or indulge yourself with a luxurious spa treatment at the Grand Summit Spa and Health Club. On-site dining options include The Farm, Red Tail Grill and First Tracks Cafe.

Park City Municipal, in collaboration with Rocky Mountain Power, seeks local artists, students, families, and neighbors to submit original artwork to wrap 40 utility boxes throughout Park City this-coming summer.

To be considered, artwork submissions must be received by Wednesday, June 7.
