We are very excited to announce that the Grand Summit Hotel HOA Executive Board (EXB) has unanimously voted to change property managers. This change will take place during a transition period over the next 60 days.
Effective December 1, 2019 our unique and exceptional property will be managed by All Seasons Resort Lodging (ASRL). You will find their company information at www.allseasonsresortlodging.com. ASRL is a Park City based company that manages 350 vacation rental properties, many in our local area.
During the last several months of due diligence and discussion, the EXB has become very impressed with their operational capabilities and favorable feedback from other users of their service. Improved financial reporting, web hosting capabilities, a sophisticated HOA owner portal and other operational and budgetary advantages weighed heavily in the decision by the EXB.
Plans include maintaining the current local management team, engineering/maintenance team and administrative staff. We will be augmenting the teams with local senior management from ASRL. Additionally, the common area cleaning, which the HOA currently outsources to a cleaning company, will be brought in house and will be managed by ASRL.
ASRL will not be involved with any rental management activity. That responsibility will continue to be provided by Vail Resorts under the current Rental Management Agreement (RMA).
The EXB is convinced that this change will result in a continued focus on presenting extremely high levels of quality service to our owners and guests.
